You may observe the following error message in a pop up dialog of the browser when the network access fails to launch: APM end user clients fail to establish VPN access using the browser to BIG-IP APM systems running 13.1.3.6, 14.1.4, 15.1.2.1, or 16.0.1.1 with APM Client versions 7.1.8.4, 7.1.9.7, 7.2.1 or earlier in their respective software branches.
